On November 2, 2022, at the age of 77, Judy Coughlin passed away following a protracted struggle with an incurable brain condition. Progressive supranuclear palsy, a long-term neurological disorder that affects speech, cognition, movement, and other body functions, was identified as Judy’s ailment in July 2020.

Due to Judy’s health, Tom took on full-time caregiving duties with the assistance of their four children and 11 grandkids. When Tom was a junior and Judy was a senior, they began dating while attending Waterloo High School in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Before Tom began his junior year at Syracuse University and Judy finished her studies at Brockport State University, now known as SUNY Brockport, they were married in 1967.

Snee defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI while playing with the Giants, helping them to two victories. While attending Boston College, he participated in football for the Eagles.

He was selected to The NFL Draft Report’s second team All-America and first team All-Big East Conference teams during his senior year at Boston College. Snee gave up his last year of eligibility at the university so that he may participate in the NFL Draft.

He allegedly consented to a new, six-year contract that would keep him with the Giants through the 2014 season. A $41.25 million base salary and a $17 million guarantee were included in the pact.
