Gary Shore became well-known as the anchor of the well-liked morning program “Shores and Steele.”
He later left this program in 2019 owing to health problems. A pulmonary fibrosis diagnosis was made for him. The only treatment for this illness, according to medical research, is a lung transplant.

Gary Shores Death Cause Explored
About 5 p.m. on Sunday, a well-known K-100 radio host passed away. Gary’s longtime on-air colleague and his friend’s daughter confirmed his passing. He was afflicted with lung illness, pulmonary fibrosis, and kidney malignancy.
He received a kidney cancer diagnosis in March of last year. He required immediate surgery to remove the whole tumor from his right kidney at that time. but was only able to live for 11 months before passing away on February 19, 2023.
