Dr. Mazhar’s son is married to the second daughter of Asaduddin Owaisi, a member of parliament and the leader of the All-India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM). He also attends the same school as cricketer Mohamed Azharuddin.

Dr. Mazhar Ali Khan allegedly committed suicide at his residence in Banjara Hills No. 12 due to a familial and property conflict.
Dr. Mazar was critically injured and was sent to Apollo Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.
When the late Dr. Mazhar, a relative of MIM Leader Asaduddin Owaisi, and Akbaruddin Owaisi, another AIMIM brother, learnt about the situation, they proceeded to Apollo Hospital.
The managing editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, also appeared at the hospital with family members and expressed his sadness by declaring that what had been taken back was a gift from God.

According to neighbors, Dr. Mazhar’s family, who lives in Banjara Hills MLA Colony, has been fighting often over the last three months.
They were so loud that they alerted surrounding neighbors who were aware of the situation. The gunshot could also be heard by the neighbors, who were alarmed by the situation.
There were property disputes among the family, which resulted in court action. There were several difficulties as a result of the failed property investments and the fact that the funds originated from Dr. Mazhar’s wife’s family.
According to sources, the situation has gotten worse in the last three months as a result of court orders against them.
Dispute Over Property
Khan is the younger brother of Siasat managing editor Zaheruddin Ali Khan, according to the investigators.
Akbaruddin and Asaduddin Owaisi, his brothers, were close to him. Former Indian cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin went to the same school as Khan.
Throughout the preceding few months, loud conflicts were apparently routinely heard from Khan’s residence, according to neighbors. They recall hearing gunshots.
According to the DCP, Khan and his family were involved in a property dispute, and legal proceedings were initiated.
According to accounts, the deceased lost money when he invested in his wife’s assets. Khan has been estranged from his wife since she accused him of domestic violence.

Mazhar Ali Khan was a well-known orthopedic surgeon. He earned both an MBBS and an MS in orthopedics.
He helped countless people over his 29 years as a doctor. He works as a consultant at Ortho Care in Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, and is proficient in Hindi and English.
He used to provide the greatest medical care for a wide range of ailments such as bone damage, fracture therapy, joint and muscle disorders, knee replacement, primary hip and knee arthroplasty, and many more.
Zone DCP West Joel Davis and his crew went to the hospital after receiving a tip and began an investigation.
Later, in an interview with the media, Joel Davis stated that Dr. Mazar Ali Khan had shot himself in the head over family and property problems, claiming that family members were there at the time.
He has, however, ordered that the postmortem be documented.
