Kadejah Michelle Brown, also 28 years old, was apprehended by deputies and charged with murder after a fight broke out with the victim.
The sheriff’s office stated that the incident was recorded on Facebook Live and also mentioned that Brown and the victim had a history of domestic violence. In the live video, Kadejah is seen confronting her husband, accusing him of not being present to help with their children. Kadejah’s mother can also be heard in the background.
Jeremy, the victim’s husband, repeatedly tells his wife to leave him alone, and at one point, the argument turns physical, with Kadejah shouting obscenities just before a gunshot is heard. Following the gunshot, the children can be heard crying in the background, and Kadejah and her mother can be heard screaming, with Kadejah expressing her fear of going to jail and her mother running out of the house yelling for help.

As per reports, the suspect, Kadejah Michelle Brown, was 28 years old. Her Facebook profile stated that she worked as a server, hostess, and cashier at Buffalo Wild Wings. She also identified herself as a digital creator. Brown and her husband, Jeremy, have four children together, named Jeremiah, Zaniyah, Messiah, and Josiah Pierre.
She had gone to high school in Columbus. The suspect also wished her husband a happy anniversary on March 6, 2023, adding that they had been married for seven years and had first met in middle school.
