Williams and German were dropped off at the Monon High Bridge on February 13, 2017, where they were last seen intending to “wander around and hang out.” When it was time for them to be picked up, they allegedly failed to appear, and the next day, their bodies were discovered in a wooded area close to the Delphi Historic Trail.
German allegedly recorded an audio clip and a video of the suspect on her iPhone, both of which include the man’s voice stating, “Down the hill.”
