While he was still enrolled in nursing school, they had just recently begun dating. His graduation was in 1986.
They weren’t content for very long, though. Together, they had two kids. The first was a Shauna, and the second might have been Saskia.
Charles Cullen Was Very Abusive Towards His Family
The marriage of Adrienne Taub and Charles Cullen reportedly only lasted a short time because Taub was concerned about her husband’s peculiar and unpredictable behavior.
Cullen’s wife claimed that he was “extremely cruel” in the divorce papers. Distractify claims that Cullen once zipped up a bowling bag and placed Taub’s dog inside. She described a violent act she had witnessed: “These dogs’ howls kept me awake many nights.” According to some online sources, Charlie was “training” them in the basement by beating them if they didn’t pay attention.
According to reports, Adrienne Taub admitted that she had to get rid of the family pets because she was concerned for their welfare. She added that Cullen had committed numerous other violent acts, such as setting his daughter’s books on fire and putting lighter fluid in other people’s drinks.
Taub acknowledged that she had been concerned that he would harm their kids. She ultimately received several orders to harm Charles Cullen.
Cullen, however, asserted that Taub was making these allegations in excess. Cullen was said to have been depressed and to have attempted suicide more than once after their breakup in 1993 and him losing custody of his children.
