Kensington Shooting Philadelphia: Is 7 Years Old Girl Dead Or Alive?
A stray bullet wounded a 7-year-old Philadelphia child on Wednesday night, wounding her foot and leaving her in stable condition.
At around 7:30 p.m., a shooting occurred in the girl’s home in the gritty Kensington neighborhood of the city, according to police.
According to KYW, Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore said, “She’s an absolutely innocent bystander.”
Following the same gunshot in which one man was injured twice in the chest and the other once in the face, both individuals are in extremely serious condition.
According to WPVI, Vanore added, “The other individuals, we’re simply not sure yet if they were part of the fight or if they were hit while on the roadway.”
According to Vanore, it appears like a dispute over a parking space may have led to the shooting.
“That’s just completely absurd. It may be about something as trivial as where a car is parked. Shouldn’t have occurred, said Vanore.
Additionally, two homes were struck by gunfire, and 14 shot casings were discovered by the investigators.
However, no weapons were found.
