He announced on Instagram that he would be there as an author, and a Reddit user posted a photo of him at the conference. People adore how he appears to be a young, old man.

On November 18, 2022, Turtleme—the man behind TBATE—unvealed his visage at AnimeNYC.
He invited his Instagram followers to meet him there in a message that he posted the day before his conference. The big day has finally come.
He expressed his gratitude for getting to attend the event with Tapas and Yen Press. In addition to talking about the TBATE and the business, he will take part in the panel discussion and do multiple signing sessions.
TurtleMe is grateful for the chance to interact with all of his admirers in person. He hasn’t added any new photos from that day. Maybe he has grand intentions to come clean to his internet fans.
But after one of his supporters shared a photo of him from the conference on Reddit, his followers went bonkers for him.
He has a straightforward Korean look, according to one user. “An ordinary looking guy but a sadistic author,” another person wrote. While others have remarked on his age, saying that despite being in his late 20s, he seems to be in his 40s.
How Does Turtleme Look Like?
Born in Korea, Turtleme is a Korean American who currently resides in America.
The author has the charisma of a popular Korean movie star, in my opinion. Small eyes, long height, and black, thick hair that nearly fully covers both sides of his face.
However, he does seem lot older than he actually is. Despite being only 29 years old, he has the appearance of an older adult. Author of the novel The Beginning After the End and the webcomic The Beginning After the End, whose true name is Brandon Lee.
Reading fantasy books for hours in the most isolated and dim parts of his neighborhood, Barnes & Noble, was how Brandon spent his formative years.
As he battled the demands of high school, college, and his work, he found solace in the literature. He studied psychology for his major and wants to work in finance or human resources.
By assuming the identity of TurtleMe, Brandon has shed his Berkeley graduate status, given up his position as an employee, and entered the world of fantasy.
He has now established himself as a well-known web serial author for more than three years, blending fast-paced installments with classic literature.
