On Thursday, Kohberger, 28, is anticipated in court.

Grace told Fox News that the man was prepared to appear in court and hear the formal allegations. Grace said “it looks” the Latah County jail is in the county courthouse, so the trip to the court will likely be brief.

Grace also talked about rumors that Kohberger’s family is paying for pricey defense consultants, such as a crime scene investigator.

She remarked, “I doubt they can afford it. “They’ll probably hock the house and everything else,” said the speaker.

On January 1, Kohberger’s parents issued a joint statement through his attorneys outlining their opinions on the killings.

The statement opened with regret over the occurrence and condolences from the Kohbergers. They continued by saying that they prayed for the deceased’s relatives.

They did, however, add that they would keep up their support for their son and watch how the judicial procedure played out.

Instead of making incorrect assumptions, Kohberger’s parents supported the “presumption of innocence” for their son.

As the Kohbergers and the relatives of the victims pushed through with the legal process, the statement’s conclusion included a request for privacy in the case.

Bryan has a sister named Mellissa who works as a mental health therapist in New Jersey, according to public records.
