On January 19, 2023, Bohdan Bezverkhyi, 33, is scheduled to return to Bandon District Court.
Recently, the suspect was remanded in detention on suspicion of the offenses connected to the west Cork incident that resulted in Paudie Palmer’s demise.
Bezverkhyi, who has a residence at Rigsdale House in Ballinhassig, was accused of neglecting to help the injured Party, file a complaint about the event, and stop and remain in his car at the spot.
He apparently turned himself up at 2:52 p.m. on December 30 and has since apologized to police for what had happened.
According to Det Garda O’Donnell, Mr. Bezverkhyi made a number of admissions. He admitted guilt to a few of the accusations.
