When they arrived, a woman they didn’t know reported that her arm had been injured when Omenihu, her boyfriend, shoved her down. Although the woman had no evident wounds, police reported that she had complained to them that her arm hurt. She refused all medical assistance.
Omenihu assisted the police and provided them with a statement that was kept confidential.
