Alexandria Cress Borys Death And Obituary: Who Was Her Brother?
Borys passed away in the terrible tragedy while she was only 26 years old. On February 14, 2023, the event took place in the Irmo Kroger parking lot on St. Andrews Road.
Cress was in the grocery store shopping with her sister-in-law, niece, and nephew, according to her husband Tyler.
Tyler claimed that his wife and a stranger got into a fight in the parking lot immediately after loading groceries into her car before 4 o’clock.
After they couldn’t resolve their argument verbally, the assailant started shooting at Alexandria. Cress was shot in the head and passed away there and then.
At the time of the event, her children were in her car. After shooting her, the shooter ran away, but she eventually turned herself in to the police.
The attacker, Christina Harrison, who is only 23 years old, was named. She shoots her victim after letting her fury get the best of her during their argument.
Harrison surrendered to the Irmo Police Station before Borys was pronounced dead at the scene about 5:30 p.m. (IPD).
There is currently no information available about Bory’s parents or siblings. We therefore lack information on her brother as well.
Alexandria Cress Borys Case Update
According to Irmo police, after interviewing with witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage, investigators discovered the two women did not know one another and were engaged in a contentious disagreement prior to the shooting.
What started the argument between the two of them is unknown. Bobby Dale, the police chief of Irmo, said on his social media,
“Unfortunately, tempers got out of control in this instance, and someone allowed their rage rule them. Several people who observed this horrible occurrence and two families’ lives have been affected by one hasty action. “The only word that comes to me to describe what occurred today is senseless.”
Since then, Harrison has been charged with murder, carrying a gun without a license, and having a firearm while committing a violent crime.
On Wednesday, Christina was supposed to appear in court, but her private attorney dropped the case.

Cress was married to Tyler Borys. Two kids were born to the couple. a boy who is a toddler and. Alexandria was the “best wife you could ever desire,” according to her husband.
