Sprewell played for a number of teams, including the Minnesota Timberwolves, New York Knicks, and the Golden State Warriors. During his peak production years, Sprewell was selected to the NBA All-Star game four times, solidifying his position as one of the league’s top mid-range players at the time. Sprewell also played a significant role for the Knicks, who used his contributions to win the NBA Finals. After declining favorable offers, Sprewell remained a free agent at the conclusion of the NBA season. Sprewell was also a target for the Los Angeles Lakers, but nothing came of it.
