Azza secured a $1.125 million loan for the House in 2020, but the broker had to be aware that almost all of the documentation was fake.
Azza pleaded a guilty plea to one count of fraudulently obtaining advantage before Parramatta Local Court.
Azza received a 12-month community corrections sentence for her involvement in the plan, which must be completed by April 2023, according to DailyMail.
NSW Most Wanted Man Masood Zakaria Arrested In Turkey
The most wanted man in NSW, Masood Zakaria, was captured in Turkey.
The Alameddine criminal organization, which has been engaged in a brutal conflict on Sydney’s streets since 2020, has accused him of being a top member.
Searches conducted early on Saturday morning local time in the coastal city of Bodrum are said to have led to the arrest of 27-year-old Masood Zakaria.
He had been the most sought man in NSW when, at the beginning of 2022, he escaped the country by concealing himself in a fishing boat sailing from Western Australia to Malaysia after learning that he was due to be apprehended.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Masood is now detained in Bodrum, Turkey, but will most likely be moved to the city’s main jail in the following week.
Zakaria was named as a person wanted on arrest warrants in December 2021 by detectives from the NSW Police criminal gang unit for allegedly taking part in a murder plot and supervising organized crime activity in Sydney’s southwest.
He is thought to have been instrumental in overseeing the Alameddine crime network’s operations throughout its deadly fight with Brothers4Life between 2020 and 2022.
