For $10 million, they sold the business to McAfee Associates in 1994, and Greg was appointed in charge of North American Sales.
In 1997, Greg, Susan, and his wife co-founded RightNow Technologies. The business went public in 2004 with more than a thousand employees and executives.
Oracle Corporation purchased Right Now Technologies in 2011 for $1.5 billion. Gianforte and his wife established the Gianforte Family Foundation after finding success with their first business.
