In June 2021, Khan relocated from Chattanooga to Chicago. Sania from Chicago spoke candidly about her recent divorce from Raheel on social media because she had been the victim of domestic abuse. According to his parents, he went there because he was depressed and wanted to save his marriage.

After arriving in Alpharetta, Georgia, policemen went to the 200 block of East Ohio Street and requested to check on Raheel’s wellbeing. When the cops knocked on the door, they allegedly heard a gunshot and a moan.
Once they gained access to the home, according to the investigators, they found Khan unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head. Ahmed was discovered in a bedroom with a gunshot wound to the head.
Ahmed passed away shortly after being discovered on the bed in the flat. Khan, however, was pronounced dead at the scene and the incident was classified as a homicide.
Khan’s death was ruled to be a homicide, whereas Ahmed’s death was declared to be a suicide. The motive for the crime will never be known because the perpetrator killed himself and is no longer living.
